1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using lowcost.ae (the « Website »), operated by MS ONE LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong (« we », « us », « our »), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Disclaimer, and our Affiliate Disclosure. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

2. Nature of our service

lowcost.ae is an independent travel information and comparison website. We display and compare travel-related products and offers, including flights, hotels, car rentals, activities, and travel services, sourced from third-party providers and affiliate partners. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or travel supplier of any kind. We do not sell, provide, fulfil, or take payment for any travel product or service. We act solely as an intermediary that directs users to third-party providers.

3. Bookings are made with third parties

Any booking, purchase, reservation, or transaction is made directly between you and the relevant third-party provider (such as Agoda, Aviasales, QEEQ, Klook, or others). We are not a party to that contract. The third party’s own terms, conditions, pricing, cancellation, refund, deposit, and privacy policies apply, and it is your responsibility to read and accept them before completing any transaction.

4. No responsibility for third parties

We have no control over, and accept no responsibility or liability for, the products, services, pricing, availability, quality, conduct, acts, or omissions of any third-party provider, including but not limited to: incorrect or changed pricing; unavailability; booking errors; cancellations; refusals; refund or deposit disputes; loss, injury, damage, or dissatisfaction of any kind; or the failure of any provider to deliver its services. Any dispute arising from a transaction must be resolved directly with the relevant provider.

5. Accuracy of information

All prices, availability, discounts, ratings, and other information shown on the Website are supplied by third parties, are cached and indicative only, and may not reflect real-time conditions. Final prices and availability are confirmed only on the provider’s website at the time of booking. We do not guarantee that any information on the Website is accurate, complete, or current.

6. Affiliate relationship

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. 10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MS ONE LIMITED, lowcost.ae, and their owners, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Website, your breach of these Terms, or your dealings with any third-party provider.

11. Changes to the Website and terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms at any time. The « Last updated » date reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles.
